Toy: City Of Circle
Architecture In Play
The toy "City of Circle" is the abstracted construction of a city.
Upon the bowl-like plywood base as the landscape, the toy provided an open-ended game: leveled or tilted, higher or wider, the children as a group can always find a way of interpreting the process of building.
The basic units of the toy are dual 2" cylinders. Each pair of cylinders are connected by colorful canvas, which could be rotated within 270 degree to accommodate different angles across the landscape. Positioned by rounded 3/4" dowels, the toy could be constructed via stacking.
